This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds when you buy Torch Vapes online.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, unopened, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging

  • Items must be unused and in resellable condition

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened, used, or activated vape products

  • Disposable vapes that have been used or tampered with

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items

  • Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper storage

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@torchvape.org with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo(s) of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds may be denied if returned items do not meet our return policy conditions

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Your order number

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
